The primary role of Service Technician will be to install, repair, and maintain systems including Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, Security / Intrusion / Burglar, CCTV Systems, Sound Systems, and Access Control Systems. The Technician will be required to maintain clear and timely communications with the Service Manager and Assistant Manager. They will be required to keep accurate records of time, tasks, and project status on a daily basis. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and other team members. Experience and prior certification with a major Fire Alarm manufacturer, such as Honeywell Notifier, Siemens, EST, or Simplex is required.
Experience with some of our other main life safety and communication system manufacturers would be helpful but not required. These include: Avigilon, Kantech, Software House, Bogen, Hirsch Identiv, Honeywell, Ascom, Biamp, Panasonic, and Panduit.
