We are seeking a skilled and proactive Managed Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Managed Service Administrator, you will be responsible for processing, overseeing, and maintaining our managed services offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of services to meet or exceed client expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Process new managed services sales in our company ERP system
- Turn over new orders and engage the operations departments as needed
- Ensure consistency and accuracy on all new sales quotes and orders
- Perform managed services material purchasing in most cases
- Monitor and ensure managed services are delivered by the operations team
- Track all active managed service agreements
- Maintain lead sheets for sales staff to follow up on expiring agreements
- Work with project teams to produce new facility lead sheets for sales staff
- Handles majority of box sales
- Maintains client contact information
- Communication with managed services key partners and vendors
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Service or managed services experience
- Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
